The extension supports a wide range of popular online retailers, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, Flipkart, Jumia and many others. It continuously expands its retailer database to provide the most comprehensive price comparison experience

The most common reason this may happen is an error in page load, or you may not be on a specific product page. Navigate to a product page i.e. an e-commerce page selling one unique item. This will often have a ‘Buy’ or ‘Add to Cart’ button.

If not, to fix a few common errors:

 

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the extension installed. You can check for updates in the Chrome Web Store.
  • Make sure the extension is enabled. Go to the Chrome menu, select “More Tools,” then “Extensions,” and ensure the extension is toggled on.
  • Try disabling any conflicting extensions that may interfere with the price comparison feature.
  • Clear your browser cache and restart Chrome to see if that resolves the issue.

While we strive to give you the most up-to-date prices, we might not get it right always.  There are a few reasons the prices can be inaccurate:

  • Prices can fluctuate frequently, and there may be delays in updating the information. Try refreshing the page or revisiting it later to see if the prices are updated.
  • Occasionally, retailers may provide different prices based on user location or account status. Verify that you are viewing the correct prices for your location and logged-in account.
  • If you notice consistent inaccuracies, please report the issue to our support team, providing specific details such as the product and retailer for further investigation.

We appreciate your feedback and suggestions for expanding the retailer database. Please contact our support team with the name of the retailer you would like to see included, and we will consider it for future updates.

Currently, the price comparison shopping extension is designed for Google Chrome on desktop devices. We will release a mobile app soon – please check back on our website in the near future for an update.
